
Sami Hutton
MProfPsychSami is a General Psychologist and has many years of experience running and working in private practice, counselling services and mental health helplines. Sami has supported individuals through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, workplace stress, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship breakdowns.
Sami takes a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and collaborative approach to therapy, ensuring that clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. She values feedback-informed treatment, working closely with clients to create a therapeutic experience that is both effective and meaningful.
With a wealth of lived experience from across the globe, Sami brings warmth, insight, and even a touch of humour to her practice, creating a supportive space where clients can explore challenges and move toward positive change.
She draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to provide tailored support that meets each client’s unique needs.
Sami holds a Master in Professional Psychology from the Institute of Social Neuroscience (ISN) and is a registered Psychologist. She also holds memberships with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and British Psychological Society (GMBPsS). Sami works with adults 17+.
